Henrietta Bond is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and follows its strict code of ethics and confidentiality. She has undertaken the prestigious Certificate of Coaching Skills, run by the internationally accredited Coaching Development organisation.
Henrietta says:'In life, one size definitely doesn't fit all. I believe that every individual needs to find goals, strategies and ways of living and working that feel appropriate and realistic to who they are as a human being. For this reason I choose to coach in a co-active way - some people call it co-creative - which respects that the client is the one who ultimately knows what is best for them. I offer deep listening, reflecting back. And - where appropriate - I offer observations and challenges. But at all points I follow the client's agenda - never my own ideas of what might be best for them. I am non-judgemental and I respect client confidentiality at all times. The core element of this type of coaching is a partnership of equals.'
A published author and journalist (for The Guardian among others), Henrietta has worked in PR and media relations and has made frequent contributions to national radio and television. She has a degree in Drama and English and has interests ranging from riding to indie music and writing novels.
